This website and store are operated by ZELUZEN ("ZELUZEN", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to make purchases. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or interfere with its operation.

2. Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the real product, and specifications are provided by us and our manufacturers. We may update product information, prices and availability at any time without notice. Projected image size and brightness depend on your room, distance, surface and lighting.

3. Pricing and promotions

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where required, is calculated at checkout. For international orders, import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless they are shown and collected at checkout. Promotional prices and discount codes are limited to the stated period, may be limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, in which case we will refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and we may limit quantities. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details. By placing an order you confirm the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, returns, refunds and our 1-year warranty are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. Accounts and communications

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you subscribe to emails or text messages, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message. We may contact you about your orders and customer support requests.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, logos, product names and designs, belongs to ZELUZEN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Customer reviews and photos you submit may be displayed by us on our site and marketing.

8. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to third-party websites or services, such as social media and our payment and shipping providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the 1-year limited warranty described in our Refund Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZELUZEN and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

11. Safe use

Use our products according to the instructions provided. Do not look directly into a projector lens or light source. Keep electrical products away from water and follow the manufacturer's guidance when installing stands, screens and power adapters.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless ZELUZEN from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZELUZEN is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date posted above, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
